got this from another website :
Alright guys.
It's a sad day when you need to post about someone getting scammed
I am sharing as you really need to with things like this. Won't apply to many of you but I do know some of you guys work in bike shops or are in the trade, so to speak etc. So please read and pass on the following, as they are scamming bikes and getting away with £1000's
These are the emails I have received so please forwards on to other dealers if you have the chance as well. (I'm thinking V-Senna amongst other's here)

Hi Guys,
Can you do me a favour? Just sold a quad (Yamaha YFZ450 reg PX55BVN vin JY4AJ11W030004398) & a Kawasaki KXF250 2008 model (vin JKAKXMTCX8A032889) to guys in Wrexham. Going by the name John Jenkins and his step brother Richard Smith. They use a posh well spoken voice and repeatedly call you Sir? Turns out the debit cards used were stolen! Can you send this info to all your dealers in case a) They are offered the machines for sale/service or b) They have an enquiry from the same guys trying to buy bikes!
The give away will be that they'll ask you to deliver it - and if you can't do it the same day, they instruct a third party courier to collect it and get it to them the same day. When the courier gets to the address that 'all matched' on the pdq card machines security check, he is led 6 miles away where they unload the bike and ride off after paying the delivery guy.
I was informed they were stolen today - the quad will come up as hpi clear as until the fraud people investigate (and they're closed til monday) and prove the cards are stolen the vehicles aren't stolen in the eyes of the law?
If any of the dealers can contact me with any info on these guys or want to talk to me about it get in touch on a number below.
Thanks for this!
Kind Regards,
Craig

We have just received an update from Craig at Sixth Gear Motorcycles regarding the fraud alert we published on Sunday. If you can help in any way in catching these thieving b*st*rds please use the contact numbers below.
Hi Terry, thanks for doing that - great response! Can you help further by forwarding this?
'Craig's Motorcycles' in West Yorkshire have just been saved and turned the guy away! It's the same guy with same mobile number but different name and address! Next stage is to catch him.
Police aren't helpful enough, probably too busy! So.................
Dealers, let's get this guy, the money they have taken is from an 82 year old women, they are spineless criminals who are preying on the frail and innocent elderly!
If you are called about a piece of stock, Deal as normal - Take the card details, post code for the card/address will probably be a wrexham one eg. LL11 6YN.
Say the money has gone through no probs (don't process it though, just pretend!) Arrange delivery with him on his terms.
Contact me! 07890 543252 and wrexham police 0845 6071002 (crime ref number L034840)
I'm sure we can get these guys.......please get involved.......I've lost £5,500, let's make sure no one else gets done! Craig @ Sixth Gear Motorcycles.
Many thanks
Terry
